  • Product description

    The 600V-1350V IGBT product series developed by Cmsemicon in cooperation with the well-known domestic FAB are widely used in motor and consumer fields. In the forward and blocking state, our IGBT power loss is extremely low, and only low driving power is required to achieve high efficiency.


    Cmsemicon's IGBT products have the world's leading single-chip integrated RC technology with larger safe operating area (SOA), stronger impact resistance, more adequate voltage margin, extremely low switching loss, 1000H HTGB/HTRB reliable Sex test. The product is very suitable for new energy applications such as new energy vehicles, white goods, induction cookers, motor drives, UPS, welding machines, etc. The breakdown voltage of the IGBT product series has sufficient redundancy, high consistency of various parameters, and excellent short-circuit current capability.
