    CMS80F761x series MCUs are enhanced 1T 8051 Flash MCUs, which support 48MHz peripheral operation at the fastest, 24MHz core operation, working voltage 2.1V-5.5V, up to 46GPIOs, Built in LCD/LED driver module, supporting touch module,provide 6-channel PWM output, up to 46 channels of 12-bit ADC, 3 UART, 1 SPI, 1 I2C. Industrial standard design, can work at -40℃ to 105℃, and provide SOP20/TSSOP20/SOP28/LQFP32/LQFP44/LQFP48 package.
