The CMS32M55xx series are dedicated chips designed by us for advanced motor controlling based on the ARM-Cortex M0.
The operating frequency of this chip is 64MHz, the operating voltage is ranged within 2.1V~5V. The chip possesses with 32K Flash memory, 8K SRAM and 30 GPIOs; 6-channel enhanced PWM which is capable of outputting controllable dead-time with complementary signals; 12-bit high speed ADC with sampling rate @ 1.2Msps; internal 2-channel high-performancing OPA; 2-channel analogue comparator; 32-bit hardware divider which only needs 6 system clock. As for the communication ports, the chip provides two UART and one for SPI and I2C.
The chip we design fulfils all industrial grade requirements with operating temperature -40~-105 ℃, multiple integrated drivers (3P+3N, 6N) which lowers the cost of peripheral components and the BOM.
Additionally, the chip possesses the IEC60730 safety check library, which provide a faster authentication for users during a CLASS B check.
This series are packaged in the forms of SSOP24, QFN40 & LQFP48.
