    CMS8H5120 is a oximeter SoC dedicated to support weak perfusion launched by Cmsemicon based on the 8051 core.

    The main frequency is up to 48MHz; the working voltage is 2.1V to 3.6V; it provides 32K Flash Memory, 1K Data Flash, 4K XRAM; built-in multi-channel 12-bit SAR ADC, up to 285K oversampling function; supports 4 low-offset operational amplifiers; Support 1 PGA; support 2 6bit DAC; support 2 low offset comparators; support 6 channels of flexibly configurable PWM; support 2 UARTs, 1 SPI, 1 I2C; support 5 timers; industrial standard designed to work at -40°C to 105°C; SSOP24 package is provided.
