    The CMS6D220 is a single-phase, medium-voltage, high-speed gate driver IC designed for bridge circuits driving power MOSFETs or IGBTs, and can be applied to DC brushless and DC brushed motors and other application solutions.

    The CMS6D220 controls the high-side drive circuit output (HO) and low-side drive circuit output (LO) respectively by input signals (HIN, LIN). The built-in 350ns dead time is the minimum dead time, when the MCU output signal dead time is greater than the built-in dead time, the actual dead time is the dead time set by the MCU. Built-in VCC, VBS undervoltage (UVLO) protection prevents the system from turning on external power transistors at low drive voltage.
