    Cmsemicon has developed a cost-effective single-resistance non-inductive FOC inverter refrigerator compressor drive solution based on the high-performance motor control SoC-CMS32M5710L048. Cmsemicon also has abundant reserves in touch and main control chips, which can form a complete solution for the refrigerator system.


    Performance characteristics of CMS32M5710L048 refrigerator compressor drive scheme:

    > The main control chip CMS32M5710L048 adopts Cortex M0 ultra-low power core, the main frequency is up to 64MHz, built-in 2-channel high-performance operational amplifier, equipped with enhanced PWM, easy to achieve single-resistance sampling and reduce BOM cost

    > The driving part adopts the discrete mode of mainstream high-voltage Gate drive IC + IGBT

    > The driving algorithm is mature, and it has been matched with more than 30 refrigerator compressors, and all the matching work of 1 compressor can be completed in half a day

    > The intelligent start algorithm can easily cope with various load conditions, and the start success rate is 100%

    > Complete protection mechanism to quickly and effectively protect the motor system and prolong the service life of the product

    > Advanced control algorithms such as harmonic injection, torque compensation and zero-speed start can be selected
