    CMS6971 is a three-phase half-bridge pre-driver IC for driving P/N MOSFET. It has built-in undervoltage protection, shoot-through prevention and dead time; input logic level is compatible with 3.3V/5V, output 11V gate voltage to drive PMOS, NMOS; built-in 5V/60mA LDO. Operating temperature: -20℃ to 85℃; SOP16 package is available.
