    CMS6324 is a single-phase medium voltage high-speed gate driver IC designed for bridge circuits composed of dual N-channel VDMOS power tubes or IGBTs. The chip has a built-in 310ns dead time. The dead time of the output signal of the microcontroller is greater than the built-in dead time. The dead time is the dead time set by the microcontroller. Operating temperature: -20°C to 85°C; available in SOP8 package.
