    CMS8H341x is a high-precision measurement SoC developed by Cmsemicon based on the RISC core, which is applied in high-precision measurement fields such as AC body fat scales, heart rate body fat scales, and body fat analyzers.

    It has a main frequency of 24MHz, operating voltage ranging from 2.2V to 4.5V, and provides 8KB ROM, 976B RAM, 128B EEPROM. It features a built-in 24-bit high-precision Sigma-Delta ADC, supporting 1 differential input with optional gains of 2, 4, 12, 16, 48, 64, 128, and 384. The output data rate can be selected from 20Hz to 10.4KHz, and the effective resolution can reach up to 20.0 bits. It also includes internal short switch and system chopper switch, PGA direct-pass SAR ADC, integrated temperature sensor, multi-channel 12-bit SAR ADC, and human body impedance detection circuit. It supports resting heart rate detection, hardware LCD driving for up to 4COM x 23 SEG/6COM*21SEG, LED driving for 8*8, 1 UART, 1 SPI interface, and 3 timers. It can operate in a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is available in QFN32 and LQFP48 packages
