    CMS89F73xx is Cmsemicon 8-bit RISC core chip, clocked at 16MHz, 8K Flash, 256Bytes RAM, 320Bytes Touch RAM, 64Bytes EEPROM, built-in dual-mode touch module, optional external or built-in capacitive mode, maximum support 16 touch buttons, easy to pass CS Dynamic 10V, built-in 32÷16 hardware divider, up to 24 channels of high-precision 12-bit ADC, built-in high-precision 1.2V voltage reference, support 2 UART and IIC, SPI communication interfaces, support two capture, comparison, PWM modules (CCP), supports LED drive module, the maximum current drive capability of the COM port can reach 150mA, built-in 1/2 Bias LCD drive, the drive current of the COM port can be selected with high EFT and ESD performance, and the package form is SOP20, SOP28.
