    CMS79F123 is Cmsemicon's independent 8-bit RISC core microcontroller, working voltage 1.8V~5.5V, providing 4Kx16ROM, 344x8 RAM, 128x8 Pro EE, ADC, PWM, 2 operational amplifiers, 1 USART communication interface, widely used in home appliances, kitchen and bathroom Electrical appliances, household appliances, personal care and other fields.

    CMS79F123 built-in 2 8-bit timers and 1 16-bit timer, 5 PWM modules with complementary output; built-in 2 high-precision operational amplifiers, offset voltage <2mV, can be used as a comparator; provide 13 channels of 12-bit high precision ADC, built-in high-precision 1.2V reference voltage, internal reference source can be 2V/2.4V; built-in 24bit/12bit hardware divider module, 8 voltage LVD module; with sleep wakeup, low voltage detection reset and other functions. Provide SOP16 package.
