    SC8F812x is a Cmsemicon MTP with capacitive touch chip, supports internal RC oscillation 8MHz/16MHz, working voltage 2V-5.5V, 6 GPIO, built-in WDT and LVD modules, supports look-up table function, provides 2 PWM and 2 timer, Built-in touch detection module (built-in 2.4V LDO). Industrial standard design, can work at -20℃ to 75℃, and provide SOP8, SOT23-6 package.
