The main frequency is up to 64MHz; operating voltage is 2.1V to 5.5V; 64K Flash Memory, 8K SRAM are provided; up to 46 GPIOs; 6-channel enhanced PWM can output complementary PWM with adjustable dead zone, and a unique brake recovery mechanism can achieve wave-by-wave current limiting function; built-in 12-bit low-speed ADC with sampling rate of 100Ksps, built-in 12-bit high-speed ADC with sampling rate of 1.2Msps; built-in 2-channel high-performance operational amplifier, 2-channel analog comparator, 2-channel adjustable programmable gain amplifier; 32-bit hardware divider only needs 6 system clocks; communication interface provides 2 UART, 1 SPI, 1 I2C; built-in high-precision temperature sensor module; industrial-grade standard design, can work at -40℃ To 105℃; Provide IEC60730 safety certification library to help customers easily pass CLASS B certification; Provide LQFP48 and QFN48 standard packages.
