The BAT32A337 series adopts a high-performance ARM Cortex-M0+ 32-bit RISC core, with a main frequency of 48MHz, 128KB Flash, 16KB SRAM, and 1.5K Data Flash. It integrates multiple standard interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, LIN, and CAN bus, and also incorporates a 12-bit A/D converter, temperature sensor, 8-bit D/A converter, comparator, and programmable gain amplifier. With an integrated event linkage controller, it enables direct connections between hardware modules without CPU intervention, resulting in faster response times compared to interrupt systems.
With its excellent high-temperature stability and high integration, the BAT32A337 fully meets the most demanding application requirements of the automotive and industrial industries, and can be applied to high-temperature actuators in vehicles, such as controlling vehicle water pumps, oil pumps, valve adjustments, sensors, thermal management, and other applications
