CMS6541 is widely used in buzzers & electric relay drivers.
CMS6541 is an integrated 5-channel open drain driving IC. It is integrated with WDT, which provides protection up to 3 channels.
Operating temperature of the chip is between -20℃ and 85℃, and available in a SOP16 package
> OC0 circuitry driving current:5mA
> OC1~4 circuitry driving current:50mA
> OC5 circuitry under-voltage detection drives the supply voltage
> WDT be monitoring the PWM_IN, the OC1~3 will be shutdown over 20ms without response
> anti-static electricity：2KV（HBM）
> maximum voltage on driver port：35V
