    The SC8F054 is an MTP chip with a built-in 16MHz RC oscillator. It operates within a voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and offers up to 14 GPIO pins. Additionally, it features 1 built-in analog comparator and provides 5 channels of PWM. Multiple LVR voltage options are available, and it can operate at -40°C to +85°C.
