CMS32F030 series MCU is a basic MCU launched by Cmsemicon based on ARM-Cortex M0, with a main frequency of 48MHz, working voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V, 32KB Flash, 4KB SRAM, up to 30 GPIOs, enhanced PWM, high-precision 12bit ADC; UART , SPI, I2C.
