    The CMS8S006 is an enhanced 8051 core MCU that supports up to 48MHz peripheral operation and 16MHz core operation.

    The CMS8S006 is an enhanced 8051 core microcontroller, supporting peripheral operation up to 48MHz and core operation up to 16MHz. It operates within a voltage range of 2.1V to 5.5V and provides up to 30 GPIO pins, with the flexibility of assigning digital functions as needed. It features 2 UARTs, 1 SPI, and 1 I2C interface. Additionally, it includes 2 analog comparators, 2 operational amplifiers, and 1 programmable gain amplifier. It offers 6 channels of enhanced PWM and supports up to 30 channels of 12-bit ADC. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to +105℃.
