    The CMS6401 is a gate driver IC for driving IGBTs, mainly used in induction cookers, IH cookers or other single-ended IH heating products.

    The CMS6401 has an integrated 5V LDO with a carrying capacity of up to 100mA, which can supply power to the internal logic and external MCU. The chip has integrated under-voltage protection, over-temperature protection and over-voltage protection, which can effectively protect the system to maintain normal operation. The output voltage can be driven by a choice of supply voltage or 9V output.
