    The CMS6971C is a three-phase 36V gate driver IC for driving P/NMOS power transistors, which can be applied to DC brushless motor applications such as low-voltage fans and pumps.

    The CMS6971C has an integrated 5V LDO with a 30mA load carrying capacity to power the external MCU of the chip. The chip integrates various protection functions such as under-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, input pass-through protection and start-up protection, and has a built-in 150ns dead time, which can effectively protect the normal operation of the system. The output 11V drive voltage is matched with excellent source & sink current capability to drive external P/NMOS power transistors well.
