CMS6971B is a three-phase 36V gate drive IC for driving P/N MOSFET, and is widely used in low-pressure fan water pumps and other brushless DC motor projects.
CMS6971B integrates 5V LDO with 60mA load capacity to power the on-chip logic and external MCUs. The chip integrates a variety of protect functions such as undervoltage protection, input pass-through protection and start-up protection, and has a built-in 300ns dead time to effectively protect the normal operation. And output 11V drive voltage with excellent sink current to drive external P/N MOSFET work well.
