    The CMS79F(T)73xB is a microcontroller featuring a proprietary 8-bit RISC core developed by Cmseicon, operating at a voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. It offers 8K x 16 FLASH, 256 x 8 RAM, 400*8 dedicated touch RAM, an ADC, and two USART communication interfaces, along with a built-in touch key detection module. It is widely used in home appliances, kitchen and bathroom appliances, consumer electronics, and personal care applications.

    The CMS79F(T)73xB microcontroller supports an internal high-precision RC oscillator at rates of 16MHz/32MHz. It includes two 8-bit timers, a high-precision 12-bit ADC, and two USART modules, and is available in SOP16, SOP20, and SOP28 packaging.

    - Supports synchronous master/slave mode and asynchronous full-duplex mode

    - Configurable on RB4/RB3 or RC6/RC7

    >  Internal LED driver module:

    - Supports matrix mode and dot matrix mode

    - Matrix mode supports up to 11 segments of 8 bits

    - COM ports have a high current drive capability of up to 150mA

    - SEG port current can be flexibly configured from 2 to 30mA

    - Dot matrix mode supports up to 8*9 pixels

    >  Internal 256-byte program EEPROM, re-writable up to 10,000 times

    >  Internal touch key detection module:

    - No external touch capacitors required

    - Can pass the dynamic and static 10V conductive testing

    - Adjustable touch sensitivity

    - All pins can be configured as touch channels

    >  8-bit timers: TIMER0 and TIMER2

    16-bit timer: TIMER1, supporting external 32.768kHz crystal oscillator as the counting clock source

    >  LVD module - supports multiple voltage options: 2.7V/3.0V/3.3V/3.7V/4.0V/4.3V

    >  Internal WDT timer

    >  Internal low-voltage detection circuit

    >  Simple and practical instruction set (68 instructions)
