The CMS79F(T)73xB microcontroller supports an internal high-precision RC oscillator at rates of 16MHz/32MHz. It includes two 8-bit timers, a high-precision 12-bit ADC, and two USART modules, and is available in SOP16, SOP20, and SOP28 packaging.
