    The CMS89FT62x series MCU's touch features are waterproof, and can update the touch detection status according to the time environment, and provide a complete touch library support. They are mainly used in small home appliances such as stoves, water purifiers, and tea bar machines.

    CMS89FT62x series MCU is Cmsemicon's independent 8-bit RISC core MCU, working voltage 2.5V~5.5V, providing 4Kx16 Flash ROM, 32x16 Pro EE, 344x8 RAM, ADC, LCD driver, LED high current driver, 1 channel IIC/SP, and provide Up to 12 touch button detection channels, available in 16-28PIN package.
