CMS25Q40A is 4Mb bits Serial NOR Flash. The memory array is organized into 2048 programmable pages of 256-bytes each. Up to 256 bytes can be programmed at a time.

The device supports multiple erase modes : groups of 4 pages (1KB sector erase), groups of 16 pages(4KB Sector erase), groups of 128 pages (32KB block erase), groups of 256 pages (64KB block erase) and the entire chip (chip erase).

This product is suitable for small-capacity storage requirements across a variety of applications, including embedded MCU program memory, smart hardware configuration storage, low-power IoT endpoint data logging, and peripheral/module companion storage.
