The CMS79FT61xC microcontroller supports an internal high-precision RC oscillator with frequencies of 8/16MHz, and includes 2x 8-bit timers, 1x 16-bit timer, a high-precision 12-bit ADC, a 10-bit PWM with complementary outputs, and a 1-channel USART module. It is available in SOP8, SOP16, and SOP20 packages.
