    The SC8F072 is an MTP chip with built-in 16MHz RC oscillation, 12-bit ADC, and up to 14 GPIOs.

     The SC8F072 is an MTP chip featuring a built-in 16MHz RC oscillator. It operates within a voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and offers up to 14 GPIO pins. Additionally, it includes 1 built-in analog comparator and 5 channels of PWM. With support for up to 14 channels of 12-bit ADC, multiple LVR voltage options are available. It can operate at -40°C to +85°C.
