CMS6021 has 2 fixed outputs, 12V power supply circuit, load capacity 60mA, power supply for internal 5V power supply and external gate driver, 5V power supply circuit, load capacity 30mA, can supply power for MCU and peripheral circuits and other circuits, with power-on self-test function, integrated VBAT under-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, current limit detection, enable shutdown, voltage division output and other functions.
