CMS32M53xx series MCU is a high-end motor control chip based on ARM-Cortex M0 launched by Cmsemicon. The main frequency is up to 48MHz, the working voltage is 2.1V to 5.5V; it provides 32K Flash Memory, 8K SRAM; up to 30 GPIOs; 6-channel enhanced PWM can output complementary PWM with controllable dead zone; built-in 12-sampling rate 100Ksps bit low-speed ADC, built-in 12-bit high-speed ADC with sampling rate 1.2Msps; built-in 2-channel high-performance operational amplifier, 2-channel analog comparator, 2-channel programmable gain amplifier with adjustable gain; 32-bit hardware divider only needs 6 system clock; communication interface provides 2 UARTs, 1 SPI, 1 I2C; industrial standard design, can work at -40℃ to -105℃; integrated 6N drive mode, reducing the cost of peripheral components and BOM of the solution; Provide IEC60730 safety certification library to help customers easily pass CLASS B certification; Provide SSOP24, QFN40 and LQFP48 packages.
