The CMS32F737 series is a high-performance touch MCU based on the Arm Cortex® M0+ core, supporting a maximum clock speed of 64MHz. It is equipped with a maximum of 128KB Flash ROM, 16KB SRAM, 3.5KB Data Flash, up to 45 GPIOs, and various standard interfaces including UART, I2C and SPI. It features up to 43 channels for touch key detection and includes an LCD and high-current LED driver module. Designed to industrial-grade standards, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Available in LQFP44and LQFP48packages.
The CMS32F737 series integrates rich peripheral modules, offering excellent reliability, high touch sensitivity, and large LED driver current. It is widely used in home appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, water heaters, dishwashers, and other touch-sensitive applications.
