With the rapid development of automotive intelligence, high-performance, high-function safety, and high-data security automotive-grade chips are crucial demands for manufacturers. BAT32A239/BAT32A279, developed independently by China Micro Semicon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Cmsemicon, stock code: 688380), are high-quality 32-bit MCUs specifically designed for automotive grade applications. These MCUs, certified with AEC-Q100, are extensively used in various automotive electronic control modules including digital dashboards, digital keys, T-BOX, DC/DC power supplies, seat controllers, ultrasonic radar, ripple anti-pinch, front and rear headlights, AQS sensors, air conditioning controllers, and BCM controllers within the vehicle domain.

 

The BAT32A239/279 chips, based on the Arm Cortex®-M0+ core, operate at a frequency of 64MHz with a working temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃. Both variants meet stringent requirements for automotive grade performance, safety, and quality, and have been introduced to Tier 1 clients for batch applications.

 

BAT32A239:

256KB Flash, 32KB SRAM, and 2.5KB dedicated D-Flash, featuring rich analog peripherals and multiple communication interfaces including a 2-channel CAN/LIN. Operating voltage ranges from 2.0V to 5.5V, available in QFN48, LQFP48, LQFP64, and LQFP80 packages.


BAT32A279:

512KB Flash, 64KB SRAM, and 20KB dedicated D-Flash, with rich analog peripherals and multiple communication interfaces including a 3-channel CAN/LIN. Operating voltage ranges from 2.0V to 5.5V, available in LQFP64, LQFP80, and LQFP100 packages.

Uses OLED drivers for brake, turn signal, position, and reverse lights
