With its excellent high-temperature stability and high integration characteristics, the product fully meets the most demanding application requirements of the automotive and industrial industries, and can be applied to high-temperature actuator scenarios in vehicles, such as vehicle water pump and oil pump controls, valve regulation, sensors, thermal management and other applications.
The BAT32A337 series is based on the Arm Cortex®-M0+ core, operating at up to 48MHz, equipped with 128KB of Flash memory and 16KB of SRAM. It operates within a voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V and integrates a wide range of peripheral resources and multiple communication interfaces, along with rich digital and analog peripherals. Notably, this MCU series can operate reliably in extreme temperature conditions ranging from -40°C to 150°C.
The BAT32A337 series offers various package options, including LQFP32, QFN40, LQFP48, and LQFP64, providing flexibility to meet the requirements of high-temperature applications in automotive electronics.
The BAT32A337 series has achieved AEC-Q100 Grade 0 automotive qualification, ensuring high reliability and reducing development risks for automotive electronic electrical systems.
