In order to meet the standards of high performance, high safety and high reliability of automotive MCUs, the BAT32A2 series was initially designed to meet the needs of automotive intelligent and digital development, with the reliability standard reaching the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 level as its goal. The BAT32A2 series includes three models, BAT32A237, BAT32A239 and BAT32A279, which can be flexibly selected according to the needs of automotive control systems.
The BAT32A237 is an automotive-grade 32-bit general-purpose MCU based on Arm Cortex®-M0+ core with 48 MHz operating frequency, 128 KB Flash, 12 KB SRAM and 1.5 KB dedicated Data Flash, and built-in large-capacity storage to support the needs of efficient automotive computing. With operating temperature of -40℃~125℃, it is suitable for complex operating conditions and harsh working environment. The BAT32A237 is compliant with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive standard, achieving automotive-grade reliability and safety standards.
The BAT32A237 has various packages, including QFN40, LQFP32, LQFP48 and LQFP64. Based on its excellent performance, the BAT32A237 can cover a variety of automotive in-vehicle electronic control module applications, such as heating and cooling air conditioning, sensors, ambient light, reading light, steering control, matrix headlight, windows, radar, T-BOX, charging interface, in-vehicle inverter, water pump and fan.
