The 2019 Innovative Product Technology Tour Seminar hosted by CMSemicon in Xiamen, Hangzhou and Suzhou was successfully concluded on October 29. The three seminars received close attention and enthusiastic participation from the engineers. The ultra-low-power BAT M0+ series, brushless motor dedicated SoC series, home appliance MCU series, general-purpose M0 and 8051 series, and high anti-interference and high-sensitivity touch series displayed at the exhibition attracted high attention from the engineers.

 



Insight into the future of chips, focus on intelligence.

 

With the theme of "Insight into the Future of Chips, Focus on Intelligence", CMSemicon mainly analyzed many new applications for the IoT, motor control, home appliances, consumer electronics and other fields, and launched the ultra-low-power BAT32G137, BAT32C237 and BAT32G133 based on M0+ cores with deep technical precipitation, BLDC/FOC control SoCs for DC brushless motors such as CMS32M5532, CMS32M5533, CMS8M3110, general-purpose series CMS32F033 with M0 core, enhanced 8051 core CMS8S6990, CMS8S5880, and super powerful latest dual-mode touch CMS89F73 series and other new products. Besides, the upcoming mass production of BAT32G135, brushless motor SoC CMS32M7610, CMS32F037 with USB2.0 function, the appliance 51 core new CMS50F66 series, general-purpose CMS8S78/98 and other new series are majorly recommended. Through improving the product and resource layout, to actively respond to the growing demand in the field of IoT, smart home appliances, motor control, etc.

 

 

In the presentation part, senior technical experts and engineers shared the topics of ultra-low power BAT series products and solutions, BLDC/FOC control solutions for DC brushless motors, case sharing of the home appliance, consumer, IoT solutions and introduction of high-reliability driver series chips. It is hoped that by virtue of CMSemicon products’ technical advantages, to help engineers speed up product launch and transform more technical results through platform products and extensive ecosystem. 

 

 Ultra-low-power BAT series

 

The ultra-low-power BAT series products developed by CMSemicon, including BAT32G137, BAT32C237 and BAT32G133, have become perfect substitutions for imported international brands with their excellent performance of low power consumption, high performance and high reliability. The series supports ultra-low-power operation mode, with the power consumption of only 0.4uA in deep sleep mode, 0.7uA @32.768KHz+RTC, 35uA/MHz @64MHz in operating mode, accurate analog performance and provide a variety of optimized designs, and two-level read protection mechanism, which can perfectly protect user programs and data security. With the above features, it helps developers to greatly shorten the time required for development, evaluation, and testing.


High-performance, high-reliability motor control SoC

 

The DC brushless motor BLDC/FOC control SoC and its solution, with four categories of drive solutions MCU + pre-drive + power devices recommended in different selection modes, were attracted much attention by hundreds of senior R&D engineers from various industries. The CMS32M5532 FOC control chip among them has been selected by several leading companies in motor industry in Suzhou. The series is characterized by excellent resource configuration, simple and fast development and high reliability.

 

The latest products and technical achievements launched by CMSemicon for different fields attracted many engineers from three stations to discuss.
