The BAT32A6300 series is a SoC product based on the ARM Cortex M0+32-bit RISC core, integrating LDO and LIN transceivers. It can work up to 64MHz, 32KB Flash, 4KB SRAM. The product integrates multiple standard interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, hardware LIN2.2 bus (LIN protocol versions support 1.3, 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, and SAEJ 2602), and integrates 12bit A/D converters, 12bit DAC converters, temperature sensors, comparators, and programmable gain amplifiers. Due to the integrated event linkage controller, direct connection between hardware modules can be achieved without CPU intervention, which is faster than using interrupt response speed.
The BAT32A6300 integrates LDO, LIN transceiver and features integration, cost-effective, low power consumption and small package, as well as excellent reliability and rich integrated peripheral functions, thus focusing on the automotive electronics related to switches, doors, windows, lights, sensors, motors and other applications.
