2 Difficulty of engineers' development


In the step of motor application, the biggest difficulty for engineers is that how to quickly make the motor control project achieve commercial transformation. To address this difficulty, CMSemicon provides two development support models.


The first model is to provide general-purpose motor control development boards, which can meet the development needs of multiple industries and are suitable for novice engineers to practice and learning.


The second model is to provide one-stop solutions for detailed industry needs of various fields, such as fans and power tools. We provide professional versions of motor control development boards, which meet 80% of the client's basic requirements for mass production. Engineers only need to add remote control, light, touch and other peripheral functions to this board, and then they can quickly drive the motor project into mass production.


In addition, we also provide perfect motor control solid-state base, support single-resistance current sampling, double-resistance current sampling centered around FOC motor control, and integrate low-resolution Hall fitting, magnetic chain observer, slip film observer, model reference adaptive observer, etc. By providing complete supporting services such as chips, solutions, development tools, power devices, core algorithm support, we are committed to building our own complete ecological chain in the field of motor control.


3 Multi-domain motor control solutions


CMSemicon pinpoints motor chip design needs and provides a full range of 8-bit and 32-bit products and solutions for different motor types, including CMS8M10 series, CMS8M35 series, CMS32M53 series, CMS32M55 series and CMS32M57 series. The application has covered four major areas: household appliances, such as gas water heaters, range hoods, refrigerator condensing fans, floor fans, ceiling fans, vacuum cleaners, floor sweepers, etc.; white goods, such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, etc.; power tools, including garden tools, hand tools, professional tools, etc.; green cycling, such as electric two-wheelers, balance bikes, electric scooters, shared bicycles, etc.


Based on the in-depth research of the core algorithm of motor, we have developed the FOC solution with more than 120,000 rpm in the field of vacuum cleaner. In terms of the power tool industry, we have also independently developed zero-speed high-torque core starting technology.


For electric two-wheelers, the technical problems of sensorless FOC control from the first mode, second mode to the third mode have been solved. Through continuously upgrade the technology for improving the reliability of motors and reducing the difficulty of control, it is believed that eventually there is no difficulties in motor control.
