    CMS6126 is a single-phase high-voltage high-speed gate driver IC designed for bridge circuits composed of dual N-channel VDMOS power transistors or IGBTs. The chip has a built-in dead time of 320ns. The zone time is the dead zone time set by the microcontroller. Operating temperature: -20°C to 85°C; available in SOP8 package.
